Complete list of upcoming IPOs on NSE and BSE — mainboard and SME. Track IPO dates, price band, lot size, GMP and subscription status.
2026 is shaping up as a strong year for Indian IPOs. Several large-cap and mid-cap companies have filed DRHPs with SEBI and are expected to list on NSE and BSE. The IPO market has been buoyant with several oversubscribed issues delivering strong listing gains.
You can apply for any upcoming IPO through your broker app using ASBA (Application Supported by Blocked Amount):
If an IPO is oversubscribed, allotment is done by lottery (computerised draw). Each retail applicant has an equal chance of getting 1 lot regardless of how many lots they apply for. The allotment basis is announced on the SEBI-designated BSE/NSE portal 6-7 days after IPO closing.
Mainboard IPOs list on the main NSE/BSE boards. They require minimum paid-up capital of ₹10 crore and are open to all retail investors. SME IPOs list on NSE Emerge or BSE SME platform. They have smaller issue sizes and higher minimum lot values (usually ₹1-2 lakh per application).
